Indicator: Located on top of scanner block. AID (tm) system LED lights when the sensor is seeing its modulated light source, and pulses at a rate proportional to the strength of the received light signal. AID system is patented: U.S. patent number 4356393.
Adjustments
Sensor GAIN control (top of sensor). Timing logic adjustment (on side of optional
logic module).
Supply Voltages
DC power blocks for: 10 to 30V dc or 12 to 30V dc.
AC power blocks for: 105 to 130V ac or 210-250V ac (50/60 Hz).
NOTE: A "universal" power block is available: 12 to 250V ac or 12 to 30Vdc (solid-state
output).
Power Block Output Types and Capacities
DC powered models: Bipolar; one SPST sinking (NPN) and one sourcing (PNP) open-collector
transistor, 250 mA maximum (each output). Electromechanical relay models are ac
or dc input (SPST or SPDT).
AC powered models: SPST SCR (3/4 amp maximum), 2-wire or 3- and 4-wire models.
